Are your perfume oils alcohol-free?

Yes. All our perfume oils are alcohol-free and highly concentrated. They are intended for external use only.

How do I apply perfume oil?

Apply a small amount to clean skin at pulse points such as the wrists, neck, behind the ears, or inside the elbows. Allow the oil to dry naturally and avoid rubbing your wrists together.

We recommend applying perfume oil directly to the skin. If you choose to apply it to clothing, test a very small amount on a hidden area first. Oils may stain silk, satin, light-colored clothing, or other delicate fabrics. Allow the oil to dry before getting dressed.

How long does the fragrance last?

Our perfume oils typically last 4–8 hours and may last even longer. Performance can vary depending on the fragrance, skin type, weather, application amount, and activity level.

What sizes are available?

Our perfume oils are available in 3 mL, 6 mL, and 12 mL sizes. Available sizes may vary by fragrance, so please check the individual product page before ordering.

How should bakhoor be used?

Place a small piece of bakhoor on an electric incense burner or on properly prepared charcoal inside a suitable bakhoor burner. Always place the burner on a stable, heat-resistant surface and use it in a well-ventilated room.

Bakhoor is intended for home-fragrance use only. Never leave burning bakhoor unattended. Keep it away from children, pets, curtains, clothing, and other flammable materials. Allow the burner and charcoal to cool completely before handling.

When will my order ship?

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. This is processing time and does not include delivery time. Delivery time depends on the shipping method and destination.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Once the damage or error is verified, we will provide a full refund to the original payment method.
